Neurology

A neurologist is a doctor who specializes in neurology and treats disorders that affect the brain, spinal cord, and nerves such as: stroke, demyelinating diseases, headache, infections of the brain and peripheral nervous system, movement disorders, neurodegenerative disorders, seizure disorders, and spinal cord disorders. They may also be involved in clinical research, and clinical trials, as well as basic research and translational research.
