My mother was his first time patient in Calamba Doctor Hospital. We waited for about 5-6hrs to give way for his dialysis patients even we were #10 on his list. But despite the appointment, reminder of his secretary and the agony of waiting, he still managed to leave us without checking my mom.Too much disappointment and “inis” from our side. Very unprofessional. Never again!
