Dr. Florencio Lucero is a trained plastic and reconstructive surgeon both in the Philippines and in the United States. He retired as professor from the University of the Philippines – Philippine General Hospital (UP-PGH) in 2011 where he served as chief of the division of Plastic Surgery for seventeen years, and trained thirty-five plastic surgeons.
