Dr. Martinez has been practicing and teaching Ophthalmology and Glaucoma in both public and private sectors since 1999. He is certified by the Philippine Board of Ophthalmology since 1995 and received further subspecialty training in Glaucoma treatment and Surgery at the Royal Victorian Eye and Ear Hospital in Melbourne Australia. He is a Fellow of the Philippine Academy of Ophthalmology and the Philippine Glaucoma Society. He has extensive experience in glaucoma lasers and surgery. He is currently performing newer techniques in Minimally Invasive Glaucoma Surgery as well as Premium Cataract Surgery.

I obtained my MD from University of the Philippines, Manila and did my Ophthalmology residency at UP-Philippine General Hospital. I am a Cataract and Refractive, and Cornea surgeon. I did my fellowship at Vissum Instituto Oftalmologico in Alicante, Spain.

I graduated Medicine 2006 and had my Ophthalmology Residency training at Rizal Medical Center ( 2013). I finished my Subspecialty Fellowship in Orbit, Oculoplasty and Lacrimal which is a joint consortium fellowship training program of The Medical City-Eye Vision Institute and Rizal Medical Center.
