Dr. Florencio Lucero is a trained plastic and reconstructive surgeon both in the Philippines and in the United States. He retired as professor from the University of the Philippines – Philippine General Hospital (UP-PGH) in 2011 where he served as chief of the division of Plastic Surgery for seventeen years, and trained thirty-five plastic surgeons. He has been in practice for the last thirty-two years and is currently affiliated with Manila Doctors Hospital, Asian Hospital and Medical Center, VRP Medical Center and the Manila Adventist Medical Center. He also practices in Beverly Hills Medical Group and holds clinic in Medical Plaza Ortigas in Ortigas Center, Pasig City. Dr. Lucero also maintains a practice in Dubai, UAE with the London Center for Aesthetic Surgery – Gulf.
I am Eman Astudillo, a graduate of the College of Medicine of UERMMMC. I took up residency training in General Surgery in the same institution where I was Chief resident from 2007-2009. I did further training in Gastrointestinal Surgical Oncology at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York as the Alireza and Mammadi Soudovar Traveling Fellow. I am a Diplomate and certified specialist of the Philippine Board of Surgery. Furthermore, I am a fellow of the Phil. College of Surgeons, a fellow of the Phil. Society of General Surgeons and a fellow of the Phil. Association of Laparoscopic and Endoscopic Surgeons. I have been an attending physician for the last 5 years. My practice is mainly concentrated on gastrointestinal cancer surgery. However, I still perform basic laparoscopic surgeries as well as general surgery procedures.
Finished the 7 year INTARMED program of the University of the Philippines College of Medicine in 2007. Proceeded with 6 years of Residency training in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery from January 2008-December 2013.
I am a 1978 graduate of UERMMMC, Philippine Board of Ophthalmology Diplomate, Fellow of the Philippine Academy of Ophthalmology, former Dept of Ophthalmology Chairman, UERM, International councilor of Asian Neuro-Ophthalmology Society, former President of the Neuro-Ophthalmology Club of the Philippines.
