Dr. Florencio Lucero is a trained plastic and reconstructive surgeon both in the Philippines and in the United States. He retired as professor from the University of the Philippines – Philippine General Hospital (UP-PGH) in 2011 where he served as chief of the division of Plastic Surgery for seventeen years, and trained thirty-five plastic surgeons. He has been in practice for the last thirty-two years and is currently affiliated with Manila Doctors Hospital, Asian Hospital and Medical Center, VRP Medical Center and the Manila Adventist Medical Center. He also practices in Beverly Hills Medical Group and holds clinic in Medical Plaza Ortigas in Ortigas Center, Pasig City. Dr. Lucero also maintains a practice in Dubai, UAE with the London Center for Aesthetic Surgery – Gulf.
